Hello Everyone -

Today, we’ve added an entirely new product line and we couldn’t be happier! We are beginning services on the Huawei line of smartphones. Over the next week or so, I will be introducing the new repairs one by one.

Our first introduction is the Huawei M860 Ascend.

This awesome phone is carried by both Cricket and  MetroPCS and has some great consumer reviews. It sports a 3.5″ multi-touch screen and is has integrated a trackball for a secondary navigation method. Despite of its modest features, the amount of people who have this phone and have asked for this service is staggering.

We are excited to finally offer this service! We have had many repair requests for this and all Huawei smartphones. Please visit www.gotrepair.com to get your order started today!

Cheers, Troy

Hello Folks,

At Got Repair have an appreciation for things that go fast. Our parking lot usually looks like we are staging for a drag race event. We have even modeled our business after speed. It is always our goal to repair your broken device at a rapid pace! So you could imagine our elation when 4 of these bad boys ended up on our shipping dock:

You Don’t Know Fast, Till you know the ZM400!

I would like to introduce the Zebra ZM400 Industrial printer. Our newest employees can print 1 shipping label EVERY SECOND! Now thats fast! I don’t care what kind of car you own. unless its a Bugatti Veyron, i’m not impressed with its speed compared to the Zebras!

All of this new gained speed means one thing: IMPROVED PROCESSES! When you are involved with any business BIG or small, what makes that business better is improved processes. We are sparing no expense to improve our processes here at Got Repair and this one piece of improvement that I wanted to share with you today.

So when you send your Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Huawei or the plethora of other smartphones and tablets that we service in, have peace of mind that they are being repaired with a logical process in place which directly translates into speed!

Cheers, Troy

Hello, folks-

Yep, you read the title correctly! Our latest Got Repair olympics event took place this last weekend and it was another fabulous team building outing!

You might remember previous blogs touting our staff challenges that will eventually lead to one lucky employee making his or her way to New York, all-expenses paid. Last month the event required extra muscle as we enjoyed a canoeing slalom course. This month’s event entailed a 3 mile hike through the beautiful Overland Park Arboretum.

Here is how it worked this go-round:
-Each employee got one “win” just for participating.
-There was an additional “win” opportunity that they weren’t quite prepared for… I incorporated a brain busting game of trivia during the hike that awarded an extra “win” to the most knowledgeable employee, or at least the luckiest one!

Lennie “Guns” Martin.
Not only good looking, but also the winner of the trivia challenge in this months event!

So Lennie, our big July winner, is on a pretty good roll! But it is still anyone’s competition at this point. We are only half way through the year with many more surprises in store. And speaking of future challenges, I’m looking forward to the dodge-ball tournament next month. Those pictures ought to be fun! :)

Take care, Ryan

Hello everyone.

What a beginning to a week it has been here at Got Repair! We are busier than ever receiving and shipping record numbers of devices these last few days. We have a new division here at Got Repair that is just starting to ramp up and boy have the production lines been on FIRE! Things are running smoothly and working efficiently…I couldn’t ask for more!

Not only are we turning out repairs like crazy, but I spent the morning yesterday visiting with NBC Action News here in KC. We were going over the agenda and plans for the “Kansas City Live” 7 part series that will feature Got Repair and our sister company Mission Repair.

Good news! The first show premiers next Wednesday at 10:00am and I’ll be interviewed by the host LIVE on stage while one of our top technicians performs and iPhone repair on camera. I think it is going to be a great show!

I will be sure to post the segment here as soon as it has aired. I think it’s going to be fun to see me in action. Let’s let the world see what this man is made of! :)

Well, back to work. I have a slew of emails waiting for me in my inbox. If you are one of them, I promise I will be right there!

Take care, Ryan
